- Contact Information ( Email Address & Telephone Numbers to enable us to contact and communicate with patients, managers and customers)
- Standard Identification Information to verify the identity of patients for certain Assessments and blood tests.
- Occupational Health Records
- We may occasionally collect data from other healthcare professionals such as GPs or Specialist Doctors in order to provide robust and comprehensive advice. We will always obtain written consent in order for us to do so and you will the option to see the report before disclosure as per the Medical Reports Act of 1988.

You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Book online or place an order for any of our services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer review or provide feedback on our Google Platform or via email.

We will process data in line with the GDPR, General Medical Council Guidelines and Faculty of Occupational Medicine Guidelines.
- Medical information will be held confidentially and securely. Confidential medical information can only be accessed by the Director – Dr Rahil Naeem. Medical information will only be released whereby there is written consent to the nominated individual of its proposed release (ie manager of an employee).
- You have the right to withdraw your consent to us using your personal data at any time and to the request that we delete it.
How do we store your data?
Neptune Health securely stores your data at our registered office address and online through encrypted cloud storage.
We only keep personal data for as long as we need to. Data will only be stored in the UK.
Data Security is of paramount importance. We have suitable measures in place to safeguard and secure data collected.
Clinical Records are kept during the employment of the individual and for 6 years after individuals have left the organisation. Ionising Radiation Records are kept for a minimum period of 50 years.

In certain circumstances we may be legally obliged to share certain data held by us for legal proceedings through order of a court or through a governmental authority.
We will otherwise not share or sell any of your data to third parties for commercial or any other gain.
