Neptune Health is a provider of ENG1 Seafarer Medicals in Birmingham and the West Midlands, offering appointments and maritime medical assessments.
Our clinician, Dr R. Naeem, is an MCA-Approved Doctor authorised by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency to carry out official ENG1 medical examinations.

ML5 Medical
Neptune Health also provides ML5 medical examinations for individuals working in the marine and boating sector.
An ML5 medical is required for anyone applying for or renewing an MCA Boatmaster’s Licence or certificate. It is also suitable for obtaining a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) commercial endorsement, or for crew members working on domestic or seagoing vessels who require a fitness-to-work assessment.
